Team members use a smart phone app and custom designed software to create cleaning inspection reports to measure cleaning performance.

We use geo-mapping to access the templates for each building. Our employees must be on-site to complete and upload the report.

Live maintenance observations are sent automatically via email or text to nominated customer representatives to help them evaluate the condition of the property asset and to authorise any maintenance or emergency work.

Cleaning teams can often conduct the required works on the same day.
